To pick up your car at LAX after you arrive, exit the baggage claim and cross the street. The Hertz, Fox, Enterprise, and Budget shuttles run approximately every 5 minutes and pick up their customers under the purple sign that reads “Rental Car Shuttles”, at the lower level islands, outside the baggage claim area. The customers of other car rental service providers may need to use alternative transportation such as a cab to get to their rental car company.
